Max Nguyen

Raised on the border of Anaheim and Garden Grove in an immigrant household, Max developed a strong connection to food, culture, and community care. Their background in youth organizing and health equity led them to urban farming as a way to bring people together through land, learning, and healing. At CRECE, Max supports youth programming that centers sustainability, food justice, and community empowerment. They are passionate about making growing spaces accessible, joyful, and empowering for young people—centering the rich diversity and strengths of youth and communities in shaping healthy, sustainable futures.
